Into the 2022 Season.

Moving into their twelfth year of supplying E-Z-GO Golf Cars and Cushman Utility Vehicles on a rental and outright purchase basis.  The continued growth of Golf Car UK Ltd is attributed to delivering a high level of customer service coupled with the very genuine desire to help golf clubs increase their revenue stream and improve the golfer’s experience. 

Golf Car UK Sales Director Matthew Patton explains: “We are seeing buggy usage increasing year on year and the average fleet size has almost doubled since we started, which has been driven by golfer demand.  As with most industries these days, improving technologies mean big strides in performance and golf buggies are no exception. The introduction of Lithium battery-powered vehicles and their increasing popularity means lighter vehicles that are better for turf, a huge increase in efficiency and cheaper running costs. All of which can be passed onto golf clubs and owners.”

Matthew continues “We have a talented and dedicated team on hand throughout every stage of the vehicle rental or purchase process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and a transparent quoting tool that lets our customers know exactly what is happening from the very first touchpoint through to vehicle handover.”

Golf Car UK are always seeking to develop new and innovative solutions to help golf clubs maximise buggy revenues.  As an example, they are just about to launch a fun Loyalty Scheme that will allow the Club Manager to encourage repeat rentals whilst rewarding the regular member user and it’s FREE!  This is going to be further enhanced in 2022. 

Furthermore, Golf Car UK will be providing an online service for the Club Manager that will see the creation of a portal for each customer to gain instant access to their fleet management, including contractual paperwork, vehicle service history, training and “how-to” videos plus much more.

Golf Car UK is now looking to the future, having outgrown their current locations they are looking forward to moving to their new purpose-built premises and having the whole team under one roof.  This is currently under construction and is scheduled for completion in early 2022.
